Reservations
- Reservations may be made by calling
254-235-0768 at least 48 hrs. in advance.
- We will try to accommodate special dietary needs.
- Room rates include a full breakfast for each guest and snacks and beverages.
- Accommodations can be secured with Visa or Mastercard or a deposit of one night's lodging or 50% of your total stay if more than one night.
- Rates do not include city and local taxes of 13%.
- Accounts are not charged until date of expected arrival/departure.
- Please discuss late arrival arrangements at time of booking reservation.
- Reservations may be canceled 48 hours in advance. In the event of a local special event, cancellation is required one week prior.
- Reservations for a week stay require a cancellation one week prior.
- You will be charged for a full night stay if you cancel outside of the parameters listed above.
- Well behaved children are welcome.
- Room rate is based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is $15.00. Two of the rooms can accommodate additional guests.
- Breakfast will be served on Weekdays beginning at 7:00 AM and on weekends beginning at 8:30 AM. Special requests for serving times are welcomed.
- No smoking inside the house--No exceptions.
- Owners have three well behaved dogs-ask about pet policy for guests.
